You must be at least 16 years old to use Clash. If you use Clash on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You sign in with LinkedIn. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of the theses, posts, and other content you submit. You grant Clash a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your content so we can operate the Service.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that misrepresents another person.
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others. You may stop using Clash at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ratings, scores, and other outputs are not professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clash's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
